EXPERIENCE

Ms. McAdam’s experience in building scalable organizations through design, development, and implementation of new programs, policies, and procedures (often in preparation for “liquidity events”); knowledge of conflict resolution, legal compliance, and responses to 3rd Parties; and tactical negotiations, give her the expertise and resources necessary to be the consummate problem solver in support of overall business strategy. 


Debbie returned to Consulting as President and CEO of HarmonyResources, Inc. after successfully building scalable HR and Admin. functions at The Telx Group, Inc., as VP, HR and Admin. Earlier, she was SVP, Human Resources at MacFarlane Partners and VP Human Resources Operations with BPO Management Services, Inc.
Previous career positions included VP, Chief Human Resources Officer for USI Holdings; VP, Director, Human Resources for Foote Cone & Belding; and Human Resources Manager at Sprint Communications Company.

Debbie is a strategic leader with an entrepreneurial spirit. She's an adept change agent, and creative problem solver whose career has spanned Consulting, Renewable Energy, Co-location/Interconnection/Cloud, Telecom, Advertising, Insurance/Financial

Services, Retail, and Institutional Real Estate industries. Her experience resides in leading growing, cutting-edge organizations to new phases of their life cycle. She is equally as comfortable working and building consensus with “C” Level Execs, Boards of Directors, and P.E. Partners, as with all other levels and type of employee. 

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

In addition to an MBA, Ms. McAdam holds a B.S. in Business Administration from University of San Francisco, McLaren School  of  Business.  Her other  Certifications  include: GPHR-HRCI  (in  Process); Advanced  Project Management-
Mastery  Certificate  Program-Stanford University/IPS;  Certificate  in  Labor  Law  and  Employee Relations Law–Institute for Applied Management/Law; and Cornell/Sprint Human Resources Institute - NY State School  of  Industrial/Labor  Relations.  Debbie was  awarded
“Woman of the Year 2010/2011” by the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
